AI presenter for controlled webinars
Create a branded virtual presenter from approved source material while keeping agenda, claims, audio, and live control reviewable.

A webinar presenter needs a stable identity, understandable voice, structured agenda, reliable audio, and a safe way to handle missing information. LiveCanvas applies the same versioning and operator controls used for commerce without requiring a product catalog.
Prepare the presenter
Choose a licensed stock host, upload an authorized company presenter, or select an AI-generated identity master. Review the voice, 30-second lip-sync video, framing, and six motion candidates. A presenter intended for a calm briefing should not use the same motion profile as a fast product demonstration.
Clone a real person's voice only with documented permission. If the person or organization withdraws authorization, new sessions are blocked while historical audit and billing records retain only the required minimum.
Turn source material into an agenda
Add approved source facts and create a Campaign without commerce products when appropriate. The Director can draft an introduction, section transitions, speaker handoffs, reminders, and a closing segment. Each script segment remains reviewable and traceable to its source.
Uploaded webpages and documents are untrusted input. Tool instructions embedded in a PDF or page are never executed, and suspicious content is isolated rather than sent into live speech.
Rehearse before using capacity
Use Draft preview to check branding, pronunciation, pace, slide-safe framing, gestures, and audio. Produce a 30-second local OBS recording. Confirm that captions or destination overlays do not cover the face and that Safe Idle is suitable for a handoff or delay.
Opening a rehearsal does not make the webinar public. A human operator starts the LiveCanvas Session and performs the final action in OBS or the webinar platform.
Stay controlled during the event
Keep at least 60 seconds of approved material queued. If the LLM becomes unavailable, approved audio may continue and the presenter can enter Safe Idle; it must not invent an answer. Audience questions can be drafted for operator review, but a high-risk response must not be spoken without approval.
Pause, resume, stop, and emergency takeover remain available independent of the Agent. The finished Session summary records duration, script, assets, errors, cost, and any usage adjustment.
