TikTok Shop Commerce Copilot
Keep a real human presenter on camera while AI prepares reviewed facts, runbook cues, and operator suggestions.
Last updated: 2026-09-05
LiveCanvas does not offer automated AI-avatar selling for TikTok Shop US/UK. Selecting one of those destinations forces the Campaign into Commerce Copilot at the server, disables AI Voice and Avatar Live output, and keeps the final broadcast under a human presenter's control.
What the Copilot does
- imports products and highlights facts that still need review;
- drafts a show runbook from current approved facts;
- shows the human presenter the current topic, next cue, and remaining queue;
- proposes compliant calls to action and audience-response suggestions;
- keeps claim sources, policy decisions, approvals, and operator actions traceable;
- warns about an expired price, low content buffer, policy block, or missing evidence.
What it never does
- replace the human presenter with a generated face or cloned voice;
- approve its own price, inventory, promotion, health, finance, or safety claim;
- log in to TikTok, hold a stream key in the browser, or start the platform broadcast;
- create an unapproved paid asset or bypass a workspace budget;
- refuse or delay an operator's pause or stop command.
A practical workflow
- Create a Global workspace and select the TikTok Shop US or UK destination.
- Import products and approve each current fact individually.
- Choose the real-person Commerce Copilot mode and create a Campaign.
- Draft and review the runbook. Follow source links for sensitive statements.
- Open Studio beside TikTok LIVE Studio or OBS and complete a local audio/video test.
- The human presenter starts and operates the destination broadcast. Use LiveCanvas as the controlled content and operations panel.
- After the show, export the session summary and resolve any policy or billing adjustment.
Platform responsibility
Platform rules, eligibility, disclosure, commerce restrictions, and account access can change. Confirm the current TikTok requirements before every launch. A LiveCanvas “ready” state proves the product's internal checks; it is not a guarantee that TikTok will accept a stream or account.
