Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By using LiveCanvas, you agree to these Terms and the linked Acceptable Use, AIGC, Privacy, and Refund policies. You must be legally able to contract and may not use LiveCanvas to create or clone a minor.

The service

LiveCanvas provides workspaces for avatar, voice, product, script, live-session, and output workflows. Availability depends on the selected plan, region, AI providers, GPU capacity, media delivery, and destination-platform access. Third-party platform approval is not guaranteed.

Your content and authorization

You retain rights in content you lawfully provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and delete that content at your direction. You represent that you have documented permission to use every person's likeness and voice and that all product facts, prices, claims, trademarks, and media are accurate and authorized.

Consent must identify the grantor, permitted uses, duration, and terms version. Revocation blocks future use but cannot retract a stream or recording already delivered. You must maintain AI disclosure and human oversight required by law and each destination platform.

AI output and live operations

AI output can be inaccurate. The AI Live Director is restricted to approved product facts, but you remain responsible for reviewing scripts, monitoring the stream, and using pause or emergency stop when needed. Do not present generated people or speech as authentic human activity where disclosure is required.

Plans, Live Minutes, and billing

Plans grant features, seats, avatar limits, and Live Minutes for a stated period. A live start may reserve minutes; verified media operation consumes them and unused reserved minutes are released. Generation tasks can use separate credits. Taxes and third-party platform costs may apply. Upgrades, cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and entitlement reversals follow the checkout terms and Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may pause generation or live delivery to address security, safety, payment, capacity, consent, or policy risks. We may suspend or terminate material or repeated violations. You may cancel or request account deletion through the product; legally required billing, consent, and audit records may be retained.

Service levels and warranties

Unless a signed order states otherwise, the service is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Preview quality does not guarantee performance on every device, network, GPU, or destination platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means acceptance. Questions may be submitted through support.
