How LiveCanvas handles identity, voice, commerce, and workspace data.

Last updated: 2026-09-03

What this policy covers

LiveCanvas is an AI live-commerce workspace. This policy covers information processed when you create a workspace, upload a person or product, clone a voice, generate content, run a live session, or contact support.

Information we process

  • Account and workspace data: name, email, role, team membership, authentication and security events.
  • Identity and consent records: source images or video, voice samples, the grantor, authorized uses, capture time, terms version, expiry, and revocation status.
  • Commerce inputs: product facts, prices, claims, campaign instructions, scripts, moderation results, and platform destination.
  • Generated and live media: avatar assets, synthesized audio, previews, session output, technical logs, and provenance metadata.
  • Billing and usage: plan, Live Minutes reserved and consumed, generation jobs, invoices, and payment status. Card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored in full by LiveCanvas.
  • Device and support data: IP address, browser, approximate region, diagnostics, support messages, and audit events.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, validate authorization, generate approved content, operate live sessions, calculate usage, investigate failures, prevent fraud, satisfy legal duties, and improve reliability. We do not use customer face or voice assets to train shared models by default. A separate, explicit opt-in is required if that ever changes.

AI providers and regions

Generation may be performed by LiveCanvas infrastructure or disclosed providers selected by the workspace. We send only the information needed for the requested task. Global and China delivery paths may use different compute, storage, and media infrastructure. The workspace owner is responsible for selecting a region and provider appropriate for its audience, contracts, and local law.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, billing, consent, and audit records as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Uploaded and generated media follows the workspace retention setting. Revoking consent blocks new use of the affected identity or voice. Deletion requests are reviewed for linked sessions, billing records, legal holds, and backups before permanent removal.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers, payment and media partners, destination platforms at your direction, professional advisers, or authorities where lawfully required. Workspace members can access information according to their assigned role.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion. Workspace owners can manage consent in the Trust Center. Requests can be submitted through support. We verify identity and authority before acting on sensitive media.

Children, security, and changes

LiveCanvas is not for creating or cloning minors. We use encryption in transit, role-based access, signed worker requests, and audit logs, but no system is risk-free. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
