Prepare an AI live show for YouTube

Use LiveCanvas with OBS for a reviewed presenter, reliable audio, portrait output, and a human-controlled YouTube launch.

Last updated: 2026-09-05

LiveCanvas does not ask an Agent to hold your YouTube credentials or press the final Go Live button. The V1 workflow sends a reviewed avatar output into OBS, where the operator combines it with the destination's current encoder and account settings.

Build the show first

  • Choose a permitted Global Campaign mode and confirm any required AI disclosure.
  • Select an approved host, matching voice, scene, product set if applicable, and six reviewed motion candidates.
  • Approve product facts and a runbook with enough speaking time for the planned show.
  • Complete the 30-second lip-sync and audio preview before requesting live capacity.

For webinars without products, use an agenda and approved source material. For shopping or sponsorships, review every price, availability statement, endorsement, and call to action.

Route through OBS

Add the Session's clean output URL as a 720 × 1280 Browser Source at 25 fps. Use OBS Interact to unlock audio, confirm the source meter moves, and record a local test. Then configure OBS for the current YouTube Live requirements shown in your YouTube account and encoder documentation.

Do not copy the destination stream key into LiveCanvas content, Agent context, a support ticket, or a browser-visible setting. Keep destination credentials inside the platform and your controlled broadcast software.

Operator checklist

Before the YouTube launch:

  1. verify the channel is eligible and the scheduled event is correct;
  2. check title, description, synthetic-media disclosure, sponsorship, and audience settings;
  3. confirm OBS video, audio, dropped-frame status, network health, and local recording;
  4. confirm LiveCanvas shows the correct market, mode, expected cost, Now, Next, Queue, and no pending critical approval;
  5. start the LiveCanvas Session, verify the preview, then perform the final YouTube action yourself.

Platform settings and recommendations can change. The destination's current requirements take priority over a saved template.

During and after the show

Keep Studio visible beside OBS. Pause or stop from Studio when speech, policy, media, or GPU health becomes unsafe. Do not let the Agent improvise unsupported claims to fill time; it may only replay approved segments or wait safely.

After the show, stop the Session, confirm the lease and output token were released, review billed minutes and adjustments, and export the immutable summary for the production record.
