Live shopping fails when a presenter says the wrong price, promises inventory that no longer exists, or invents a product benefit. LiveCanvas separates product ingestion, fact review, script approval, live direction, and output so each commercial statement has an owner and source.
Bring products in four ways
- create a product manually;
- upload product images and videos;
- import a supported CSV, XLSX, or text-based PDF;
- paste a public product URL for bounded structured extraction.
Remote media is validated and copied into workspace storage before use. Imported text is treated as untrusted data, never as instructions to the Agent.
Approve facts one by one
Price, stock, promotion, guarantee, material, performance, health, and other claims receive independent review state. Time-sensitive facts have an expiry and replacement history. An old price becomes superseded rather than silently changing inside an approved script.
Only current approved facts enter Campaign selection, Live Director context, a runbook, or a GPU bundle. Prohibited or suspicious text remains isolated.
Build a show, not an endless prompt
A Campaign binds the target market and platform to one approved host, voice, scene, product set, and automation level. The Director drafts structured segments with fact citations and calls to action. A human approves the runbook before any segment can enter the live queue.
Studio shows what is speaking now, what comes next, how much approved content remains, which approval needs attention, whether audio is healthy, and what the session is expected to cost. If fewer than 60 seconds of approved speech remain, the system can draft a replenishment candidate, but it cannot inject that draft until a person approves it.
Choose the permitted mode
- Avatar Live: available only where the destination policy permits a synthetic presenter.
- Commerce Copilot: a real human remains on camera while LiveCanvas supplies approved talking points, product facts, moderation, and response suggestions.
TikTok Shop US/UK is forced into Commerce Copilot at the server. Editing the browser request cannot turn Avatar Live back on.
Verify before the platform start
Run the 30-second audio and lip-sync preview, complete Studio preflight, capture a local OBS recording, and verify the destination account's current platform rules. The user—not the Agent—performs the final platform start action.
