Acceptable Use Policy
Safety and authorization rules for generated people, voices, and live commerce.
Last updated: 2026-09-03
Required authorization
You may upload or generate a person's likeness or voice only with documented authority covering the intended commercial use. Do not create or clone minors, public figures without permission, deceased persons without lawful authority, or anyone who has revoked consent.
Prohibited deception and harm
Do not impersonate a person for fraud, conceal required AI disclosure, fabricate endorsements, manipulate viewers, or make unapproved health, financial, legal, safety, pricing, scarcity, or performance claims. Do not create sexual, hateful, violent, exploitative, harassing, or unlawful material.
Commerce and platform integrity
Products, prices, promotions, inventory, guarantees, and claims must be accurate and supported. You must follow advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, export, sanctions, privacy, and destination-platform rules. Platform access, stream keys, and accounts may not be shared outside authorized workspace members.
Human control and security
A trained operator must monitor every live session and be able to pause or stop it. Do not bypass moderation, consent checks, rate limits, signed worker requests, or access controls; probe other tenants; introduce malware; or use the service for spam or abusive traffic.
Enforcement
We may block an asset, task, claim, campaign, or session; preserve evidence; restrict features; or suspend an account. Contact support to appeal with relevant authorization or factual evidence.
